How do I update my details in the system?

Keeping your details up to date ensures you don’t miss important information and that your tenancy records are accurate. You can manage most updates yourself through the Enclave resident portal or app.

What you can update

  • Contact information: Change your phone number, email address, or emergency contact.

  • Payment details: Update your bank account or card details if your portal supports rent payments.

  • Profile settings: Adjust notification preferences or communication options, if available.

How to update

  1. Log in to the portal or app using your account credentials.

  2. Go to the “Account” or “Profile” section.

  3. Edit the details you’d like to change and save them.

  4. If you’ve updated payment details, double-check they’re active before your next rent is due.

If you can’t make changes yourself

Some details (such as tenancy agreement changes or adding another tenant) can only be updated by the on-site team. If you’re unsure, contact them directly for help.
