How is security managed on-site?

Security at Enclave is designed to give residents peace of mind while keeping buildings welcoming and accessible.

Controlled access: Entry to buildings, apartments, and amenities is managed through keys, fobs, or smart access.
CCTV monitoring: Cameras cover entrances, communal spaces, and car parks to deter and record suspicious activity.
On-site team: Staff are available during office hours, and in some developments security personnel may be present outside these times.
Emergency procedures: Out-of-hours contacts are in place for urgent issues like break-ins, fire alarms, or serious safety concerns.
Visitor management: Guests and delivery drivers cannot freely access the building and must be let in by residents or authorised by staff.

Your role as a resident is also important. Never hold doors open for strangers, and always report suspicious activity to the on-site team.
