• Within the first few days: Contact the suppliers provided by the Enclave team to register the accounts in your name.

• Meter readings: Take and submit your opening meter readings immediately on move-in day. This prevents you from being billed for usage before your tenancy began.

• Council tax: Register with the local council promptly (unless you’re exempt, such as being a full-time student).
