At Enclave, you’ll always be kept informed if an amenity is closed for maintenance or temporarily unavailable.
Notification methods

Resident app or portal: Updates are posted here with details of the closure and expected reopening time.

Email or text alerts: You may receive direct notifications if the closure is significant or long-term.

On-site notices: Signs are placed in communal areas or near the amenity itself to inform residents.

Team updates: The on-site management team may also communicate closures in person or during events.
Helpful tip
If you have a booking for a space that becomes unavailable, you’ll be contacted directly to reschedule or cancel with no penalty.
