How it works
- Emergency contact details: You’ll receive out-of-hours phone numbers in your welcome pack for urgent situations such as leaks, electrical hazards, or security issues.
- On-call contractors: For critical maintenance, Enclave works with trusted providers who can attend emergencies outside of normal office hours.
- Resident team follow-up: Non-urgent requests logged overnight will be picked up by the resident team the next working day.
