Is there out-of-hours support available?
Yes — all Enclave buildings have a 24 hour on-site team presence. Your Resident Team will be available 8am - 8pm, and the Night Team available 8pm - 8am, and can help with any general enquiries or emergencies.
How it works
- Emergency contact details: as there is a 24 hour on-site team presence, in an emergency the first port of call should always be the team at reception by popping down or by calling them.
- On-call contractors: For critical maintenance, Enclave works with trusted providers who can attend emergencies outside of normal office hours.
- Resident team follow-up: Non-urgent requests logged overnight will be picked up by the Resident Team the next working day.

Keep your Resident Team contact details saved somewhere accessible (like saved in your phone) so you don’t have to search for them during an emergency.
