What are the rules for using shared spaces?
Shared spaces at Enclave — such as lounges, co-working areas, gyms, and terraces — are there for everyone to enjoy. To keep them welcoming and fair, there are a few simple rules.
General etiquette
-
Respect others: Be mindful of noise levels, especially in co-working areas or lounges.
-
Time limits: Don’t monopolise equipment, seating, or facilities for extended periods if others are waiting.
-
Cleanliness: Always tidy up after yourself by clearing rubbish, wiping down gym equipment, or returning furniture to its place.
-
No sleeping or storing items: Communal areas are for use, not for overnight stays or personal storage.
Security and safety
-
Access: Only residents (and their guests where permitted) can use shared spaces.
-
Guests: If guests are allowed, you are responsible for their behaviour and must accompany them.
-
Prohibited activities: Illegal or unsafe activities are never permitted.
Helpful tip
Think of shared spaces as an extension of your home that you’re sharing with neighbours. A little consideration ensures everyone gets the most out of them.
