Before moving out of your Enclave home, the property should be cleaned to a professional standard and returned in a clean and tidy condition. This ensures a smooth handover and helps prevent any additional fees.

Cleaning expectations

• General areas: Vacuum and mop all floors, wipe down skirting boards, doors, and surfaces.
• Kitchen: Clean appliances inside and out (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave), empty cupboards, and remove all food.
• Bathrooms: Deep clean sinks, toilets, showers, baths, mirrors, and tiles. Remove any limescale or mould.
• Bedrooms and living spaces: Dust and wipe all surfaces, clean windows (where accessible), and remove all personal belongings.
• Furniture (if provided): Clean and return to original positions.
• Rubbish removal: Dispose of all waste properly and ensure bins are empty.
