What happens after I give notice?

Once you’ve given notice to end your tenancy at Enclave, the resident team will guide you through the move-out process.

Steps that follow

  1. Acknowledgement: The resident team will confirm receipt of your notice and your official move-out date.
  2. Move-out guidance: You’ll be sent information about preparing for your departure, including cleaning standards, key returns, and deposit details.
  3. Final inspection: A move-out inspection will be scheduled to check the condition of your home against the inventory.
  4. Deposit process: After the inspection, your deposit will be reviewed, with deductions only if necessary for damage or missed cleaning.
  5. Next steps: You’ll be advised on returning keys, forwarding post, and settling any final charges.
