What happens if I owe money when I move out?

If you owe money when moving out of your Enclave home, you will be contacted to settle the outstanding balance ASAP.

How it works

• Final charges: Any unpaid rent, utility bills (if applicable), or other tenancy-related costs will be reviewed after your move-out.
• Further payment: If there is monies outstanding, you will be contact to pay the remaining balance, directly ASAP.
• Debt collection: If this is not resolved, you may be referred to a debt collection agency.

Always confirm with your resident team that your rent and other charges are fully up to date before moving out. This helps avoid any issues post move-out.
