What should I do if an emergency happens outside of office hours?

Enclave have a team on-site 24/7 so there is always someone available to speak to for any emergency issues.

Steps to take

  1. If it is a medical emergency (heart attack, severe injury, allergic reaction): call emergency services on 999 immediately. Following that, notify your Resident/Night team.

  2. If it's a non-medical emergency (gas/power outtage/water leak): contact the Enclave Resident/Night team immediately. You can do this by calling the team at reception or visiting the reception area if you're able to.
  3. Stay safe: If there’s immediate danger leave your apartment and make the Enclave team aware.

  4. Contain the problem if safe: For example, turn off water at the stopcock during a leak or switch off electricity at the fuse box if there’s an electrical hazard.

  5. Wait for assistance: A contractor or engineer will attend to make the situation safe as quickly as possible.
