What’s included in my rent?
Your Enclave rent covers the use of your apartment as well as access to a range of amenities and services, though the exact inclusions can vary by development. Enclave: Acton and Enclave: Croydon are all inclusive, meaning your utilities are included within your rent. Enclave: KX and Enclave: Birmingham City are not all inclusive so utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

Apartment rent: Your private home, fully fitted with modern appliances and furnishings.

Building amenities: Access to shared spaces such as co-working lounges, gyms etc. The Spa requires an additional membership which is not included in your rent.
