Who do I contact for maintenance issues?

For maintenance issues at Enclave, your first point of contact is the resident team. They’ll log the problem, prioritise it, and arrange for the maintenance team to attend.

How to report

  • Resident app: Use the Service Requests section to log the issue — this creates a record and helps track progress.
  • Reception or resident team: If you prefer, you can report issues in person, by phone, or by email.
  • Emergencies: For urgent issues like flooding, electrical hazards, or broken locks, contact the resident team directly rather than only logging it in the app.

What happens next

  • The team will confirm your request and categorise it as urgent or routine.
  • A maintenance appointment will be scheduled if needed.
  • You can monitor the status of your request in the resident app.
