Who do I contact if I need help on move-in day?

If you need help on your move-in day, your first point of contact is the on-site Enclave team. They’re there to make sure your arrival goes smoothly and to assist with any immediate needs.

How they can help

  • Key or fob collection: Ensuring you receive access to your apartment and the building.

  • Move-in logistics: Advising on parking, lift bookings, or delivery access for furniture.

  • Orientation: Showing you essential areas like parcel lockers, waste disposal points, or shared amenities.

  • Troubleshooting: Helping with any unexpected issues, such as utilities, Wi-Fi setup, or reporting initial maintenance needs.

If you can’t reach the team

Contact details will be included in your welcome information. If you arrive outside of standard hours, make sure you’ve arranged this in advance, as help may be limited.
