Who do I contact in an emergency?

In an emergency, always contact your resident team immediately. They are your first point of support and can arrange the right response quickly.

Examples of emergencies

  • Flooding or serious leaks
  • Complete power failure or dangerous electrical fault
  • Fire, smoke, or gas-related concerns
  • Broken locks or security breaches

How to reach help

  • During staffed hours: Go directly to reception or call/email your resident team.
  • Out of hours: Emergency contact details will be provided in your welcome pack — these connect you to on-call support for urgent situations.

Helpful tip

For life-threatening emergencies such as fire or serious injury, always call 999 first, then notify the resident team so they can provide building access and support emergency services.
