Payment confirmation methods

• Resident portal or app: If you pay online, you can view your payment history and download receipts directly. Each transaction is logged with date, amount, and status.

• Bank transfer or standing order: Your bank statement acts as proof of payment. Always include your tenancy reference to ensure payments are matched correctly.

• Direct debit: You’ll see the payment on your bank statement each month, and Enclave’s records will also confirm it’s been received.

If you need a formal rent receipt (for example, for expense claims or personal records), you can request one from the on-site team or accounts department.
