Will I get a receipt for rent payments?

Enclave don't typically issue rent payment receipts. If you need a receipt for a particular payment please speak to the Resident team. 

Payment confirmation methods

• Standing order: Your bank statement acts as proof of payment. Always include your tenancy reference to ensure payments are matched correctly.

On request

If you need a formal rent receipt (for example, for expense claims or personal records), you can request one from the on-site team or accounts department.

Helpful tip

Keep copies of your rent confirmations from your bank throughout your tenancy. They provide a clear record in case of any queries.
