Will I get a reminder before rent is due?

Enclave doesn’t typically send monthly reminders for rent payments, as it’s your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. This is why setting up a direct debit or standing order is strongly recommended — it automates the process and removes the risk of forgetting.

What you can expect
