Will I get a reminder before rent is due?

Enclave doesn’t typically send monthly reminders for rent payments, as it’s your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. This is why setting up a direct debit or standing order is the accepted payment method— it automates the process and removes the risk of forgetting.

What you can expect

  • Email notices: You may receive a notice if a payment is missed or late, but not always before it’s due.

  • Rent is remains due on the 1st of every month even if a reminder is not received. 

Helpful tip

To avoid missed payments:

  • Set up an automated payment method (standing order).

  • Add your rent due date to your personal calendar with recurring reminders.

This way, you stay in control without relying on reminders from the management team.
