Will someone be available on-site to help?
Yes — on your move-in day, a member of the Enclave on-site team will normally be available to welcome you, hand over your keys or access fobs, and provide guidance. Their role is to make sure you settle in smoothly and have everything you need.
What the team can help with
- Key collection: Ensuring you receive your keys or fobs and know how to use them.
- Building orientation: Explaining how to access lifts, amenities, parcel lockers, and shared spaces.
- Move-in logistics: Advising on parking, lift access, or delivery access.
- Answering questions: Providing immediate support if you’re unsure about utilities, rent payments, or the resident app.
Availability
- Support is generally available during standard move-in hours, which 8am to 8pm.
- If you need to move in outside these times, arrangements may be possible, but you’ll need to confirm this with the team in advance.
