Yes — appliances and fittings that are provided as part of your Enclave apartment are covered by maintenance. If something breaks down through normal use, it’s the landlord’s responsibility to arrange repairs or replacements.

• Kitchen appliances: Oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave (if provided).

• Laundry appliances: Washer-dryer or washing machine.

• Fittings: Built-in wardrobes, cupboards, and fixtures such as taps, sinks, showers, and toilets.

• Heating and hot water systems: Boilers, radiators, or panel heaters.

Not typically covered

• Resident’s own items: Any appliances or furniture you bring yourself.

• Misuse or neglect: Damage caused by incorrect use, lack of cleaning, or avoidable accidents may be your responsibility to repair or pay for.
