Yes — Enclave has rules in place for using the bike storage space, to ensure safety, security, and fairness for all residents.

Typical rules

• Secure your bike: Always lock your bike to the racks provided. Enclave will not be responsible for unsecured bikes.

• Use designated spaces only: Do not leave bikes in corridors, lobbies, or outside the bike store — this can block access and create hazards.

• Respect space: Park your bike considerately so that racks remain accessible to others.

• No storage of other items: The bike store is for bicycles only — do not use it to store scooters, furniture, or other belongings unless explicitly permitted.

• Report issues: If you notice damage, overcrowding, or security problems, let the Resident Team know.

Helpful tip

Use a strong D-lock or chain to secure your bike even inside the store — shared spaces are safe, but extra protection reduces risk.
