Are there restrictions on overnight guests?
Overnight guests are generally allowed at Enclave, but there are some guidelines to make sure it doesn’t impact other residents or breach your tenancy agreement.
What’s typically allowed
-
Occasional stays: You can usually have friends, partners, or family stay overnight from time to time.
-
Length of stay: Short-term visits are fine, but long-term or frequent stays may require approval from the on-site team.
Restrictions
-
No subletting: Guests cannot pay rent or contribute towards your tenancy — this would count as subletting and is not permitted.
-
Responsibility: You are fully responsible for your guests’ conduct and any damage they cause.
-
Security: Guests should not be given unrestricted access or fobs without permission.
Helpful tip
If you plan to host a guest for more than a few nights, check with the on-site team first. They’ll confirm what’s acceptable and avoid any misunderstandings.
