At Enclave, whether utilities are included in your rent depends on the development and the specific apartment type. 

At Enclave: Acton and Enclave: Croydon, your rent is inclusive of utilities.

At Enclave: KX and Enclave: Birmingham City, utilities are not included in the rent and are the residents responsibility.
