Can delivery drivers access my building?
Delivery drivers cannot freely access Enclave buildings — this is to protect residents’ security.
How deliveries work
-
Entry system: Drivers usually use the intercom to contact you when they arrive. You can then let them in if you’re home.
-
Reception or parcel service: In many Enclave buildings, the on-site team accepts deliveries on your behalf. Parcels are stored securely and you’ll be notified to collect them.
-
Food deliveries: Takeaway drivers may be asked to wait at reception or outside the main entrance for collection.
Security note
-
Drivers should never follow other residents inside without being granted access.
-
You’re responsible for ensuring only authorised people enter the building.
Helpful tip
If you get frequent deliveries, check with the on-site team about the parcel-handling process in your building. This can save you missing packages or interruptions.
