Can I be present during inspections?

Yes — you’re welcome to be present during inspections at your Enclave home, though it’s not required. Many residents choose to be there for peace of mind and to discuss any issues directly with the team.

If you’re present

• You can walk through the inspection with the team.

• It’s a good opportunity to raise any maintenance concerns or ask questions about the property.

• You’ll see first-hand what’s being checked and have reassurance that everything is recorded fairly.

If you’re not present

• The team will carry out the inspection as scheduled and record their findings.

• You’ll receive feedback afterwards, usually via email or the resident portal.

• Any necessary maintenance will be logged for follow-up.
