Can I end the tenancy early?

Your tenancy agreement is for a fixed term, so you’ll be liable for the full length of that term. If you need to leave early, please speak to our team—tenancy terminations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

1. Check your tenancy agreement

Most Enclave tenancies are offered on a 12-month fixed term. This means you’re committed for the full period. 

2. At the end of your fixed term

Once your initial term ends, you’ll usually have the option to either renew for another fixed term or move onto a periodic (rolling monthly) tenancy. With a periodic tenancy, you can give standard notice (usually one month) to end your tenancy.
