Can I request changes to the tenancy agreement?

Our tenancy agreements are standard for all residents and can’t be changed. If there are clauses or terms you do not understand, it's best to seek clarification from the team.  Tenancy agreements are legally binding documents, so you need to ensure you understand the agreement fully before signing.

Common requests that can be accommodated

• Additional tenants: If you plan to live with a partner, friend, or flatmate not originally listed, you’ll need to request their inclusion.

• Pets: Some agreements may allow pets with prior approval; this should be clarified and written into the contract if permitted.
