Yes — Enclave allows you to reserve a property without viewing it in person. This option is especially helpful if you’re relocating from another city or country, or if your schedule makes visiting difficult. 

How it works

  • Online listings: Start with the live availability page, where you can browse current apartments and select one that suits your needs.
  • Virtual options: The Enclave apartments have detailed floor plans, photos, and virtual tours to give you a clear sense of the space. The Enclave team are also happy to carry out virtual tours if you're unable to make it in person.
  • Direct reservation: If you’re confident about your choice, you can proceed with the booking remotely. The team will guide you through the referencing and application process online.

Flexibility and reassurance

If at any point you’d like to see the home, you can arrange a tour (in person or virtual) before moving in. The local team is on hand to answer questions, share additional images, or provide video walkthroughs to help you feel comfortable with your decision.
