Can I still get a physical key or fob if needed?
Smart access is designed to be the easiest option, but everyone has their own preferences. If you’d rather use a physical key, there’s flexibility to switch.
How it works
- For health and safety reasons, only one key is issued per resident.
- You can switch from smart access to a physical key at any time — just speak to the team at reception and they’ll arrange it.
- If you are part of a group, you can individual choose your preference between a virtual or physical key or fob.
Why it matters
Keeping to one active key, whether digital or physical, helps maintain the security and access to the building and your room.
