Can I still get a physical key or fob if needed?

Smart access is designed to be the easiest option, but everyone has their own preferences. If you’d rather use a physical key, there’s flexibility to switch.

Smart Access is not available at the following locations:

• Enclave: KX

• The Storehouse by Enclave: Student

How it works

• For health and safety reasons, only one key is issued per resident.
• You can switch from smart access to a physical key at any time — just speak to the team at reception and they’ll arrange it.

Why it matters

Keeping to one active key, whether digital or physical, helps maintain the security and access to the building and your room.
