Can I use the app to pay rent or book amenities?

The resident app allows you to  book shared amenities. Rent payments need to be set up via standing order and cannot be made on the app. 

Booking amenities

• Many developments offer online booking for facilities such as co-working spaces, meeting rooms, gyms, or rooftop areas.

• You can view availability in real time and reserve slots instantly.

• Some spaces may require advance booking, while others can be reserved on the same day.

Helpful tip

Not every feature is identical across all Enclave locations. If you’re unsure whether certain amenity bookings are enabled in your development’s app, ask the on-site team to confirm.
