Yes — in most Enclave developments, the resident app or portal allows you to both pay rent and book shared amenities.

Paying rent

  • You can usually set up secure online payments directly through the app or portal.

  • Some residents choose to make one-off payments, while others set up recurring payments to avoid missing rent dates.

  • Your payment history is stored in the portal, so you can always check what’s been paid and when.

Booking amenities

  • Many developments offer online booking for facilities such as co-working spaces, meeting rooms, gyms, or rooftop areas.

  • You can view availability in real time and reserve slots instantly.

  • Some spaces may require advance booking, while others can be reserved on the same day.
