Can my guests use the building amenities?

Yes — your guests can usually use Enclave amenities, but there are important rules to follow to ensure fairness and security.

General rules

• Accompanied access: Guests must always be accompanied by you and cannot access amenities on their own.

• Resident responsibility: You are fully responsible for your guests’ behaviour and any damage they cause.

• Limits: Some amenities may limit the number of guests you can bring at one time (often one or two per resident).

Restrictions

• Fitness and wellness facilities: Gyms, studios, or spas may be residents-only for safety and insurance reasons.

• Bookable amenities: Guests are usually welcome if you book a private space like a dining room, cinema room, or event space.

• Shared spaces: Lounges, gardens, and social areas may allow guests, but only when accompanied.
