What’s required

• Written permission: You’ll need to give the on-site team written confirmation (usually by email or through the resident portal) naming the person collecting on your behalf.

• ID check: The person collecting will need to show valid photo ID when they arrive.

• Security limits: For safety reasons, replacements will never be handed out without clear permission from the tenant.
