Can someone return my keys on my behalf?

Yes — if you can’t return your Enclave keys or fobs in person, someone else can usually do it for you.

What to do

• Authorisation: Let your resident team know in advance who will be returning the keys on your behalf.
• In writing: Provide written confirmation (by email) naming the person and confirming they have your permission.
• Responsibility: You remain responsible until the keys are officially handed back and logged by the resident team.

If you can’t arrange for someone else to return your keys, ask the resident team whether your building provides a secure drop box option.
