Can visitors access the building freely?

No — for security reasons, visitors cannot access Enclave buildings freely. All access is controlled to keep residents and the property safe.

How visitor access works

• Entry points: Visitors cannot enter without being let in by a resident or authorised by the on-site team.

• No unrestricted access: Delivery drivers, guests, and tradespeople are not permitted to move around the building unaccompanied.

• Your responsibility: As a resident, you are responsible for anyone you allow into the building.

Helpful tip

Always make sure you know who you’re letting in. If someone claims to be delivering to another resident or visiting someone else, direct them to contact that person directly rather than giving them access yourself.
