Do I need to take meter readings?

If utilities are included in your rent, you will not need to take meter readings. If utilities are  not included in your rent, your meter readings will be specified on your inventory, which you will receive as soon as you move in.

Helpful tip

Take clear, dated photos of all meters on move-in day. These serve as proof and are handy to keep for your records when you eventually move out.
