Where vaping is not allowed

• Inside apartments: Vaping indoors is treated the same as smoking and is not permitted.

• Communal areas: Lounges, gyms, corridors, lifts, and other shared spaces are strictly vape-free.

• Balconies and terraces: In most developments, vaping is also restricted in outdoor communal areas and private balconies, as vapour can drift into neighbouring homes.

Why it’s included

• Vapour can leave residue and odours that affect other residents.

• It helps maintain consistent rules for safety and cleanliness across the building.
