How and when do I return my keys or fobs?

At the end of your Enclave tenancy, you’ll need to return all keys, fobs, and access cards provided to you.

How to return them

• Directly to the resident team: Hand them in at reception on your move-out day.
• In person: This is preferred, so the team can immediately confirm receipt.
• If outside staffed hours: Some locations may have a secure drop box for returns — check with your resident team in advance.

When to return them

• On move-out day: Keys and fobs should be returned once you’ve fully vacated your apartment and removed all belongings.
• At inspection: If you’re present at the final inspection, you can hand them over at the same time.

Helpful tip

Make sure you return all copies of keys and fobs you were given at the start of your tenancy. Unreturned items may result in replacement charges being deducted from your deposit.
