How access works

• Resident fob or key: Most bike storage areas are located in secure zones of the building, accessible only with your resident fob or key.

• Designated entry points: Bike storage is usually near ground-floor entrances, underground car parks, or side access doors for convenience.

• Guidance from the team: If you’re unsure where the bike store is, the on-site team can direct you and confirm your access is activated.

Helpful tip

Make sure your fob or key has bike storage permissions set up when you move in. If it doesn’t work, the reception team can activate access for you quickly.
