How do I access the bin stores?

At Enclave, bin stores are kept in secure areas of the building, and you’ll need your key, fob, or smart access app to get in.

How access works

• Fob or key entry: Most bin stores are fitted with controlled access. Simply tap your fob on the reader or use your key.

• Smart access: In some developments, you can unlock the bin store with your phone if smart access is enabled.

• Resident-only access: For security and cleanliness, only residents can enter bin stores — visitors and delivery drivers won’t have access.

Helpful tip

Check your move-in guide or ask the on-site team to show you where your bin store is and how to access it. They’ll also confirm which fobs or keys are programmed for bin store doors.
