Confirm your appointment
If you book via the tour calendar link, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you book via the Resident Team, once you’ve made your request, they will confirm your tour slot and provide any details you need, such as where to meet. Virtual calls are also available, if you are not able to attend a tour in person.
Prepare for your visit
On the day, you’ll be given a guided tour of the apartment and wider amenities, with time to ask questions about tenancy terms, move-in dates, and the application process.
