How do I report a problem with an amenity?

If you notice an issue with an amenity at Enclave — whether it’s a gym machine, a co-working area, or a bookable space — it’s important to report it quickly so it can be fixed.

How to report

  • Resident app or portal: Submit a maintenance or issue report directly through the app.

  • On-site team: Speak to reception or building staff if you prefer to report the issue in person.

  • Email or phone: Use your building’s contact details if you can’t report via the app.

What to include

  • The specific amenity and location.

  • A description of the problem (e.g. equipment not working, heating issue, damage).

  • Photos, if possible, to help the team resolve the issue faster.
