How do I report a problem with an amenity?
If you notice an issue with an amenity at Enclave — whether it’s a gym machine, a co-working area, or a bookable space — it’s important to report it quickly so it can be fixed.
How to report

Resident app or portal: Submit a maintenance or issue report directly through the app.

On-site team: Speak to reception or building staff if you prefer to report the issue in person.

What to include
