How do I set up broadband or Wi-Fi?

Most Enclave developments include high-speed Wi-Fi as part of your rent, so you may not need to set up broadband yourself. This allows you to get connected straight away without waiting for installation.

If Wi-Fi is included

  • You’ll be given login details on move-in day, either by the on-site team or in your welcome pack.

  • The network is already live, so you can connect your devices immediately.

  • If you need help, the team can direct you to resident support for troubleshooting.

If broadband is not included

  • Check your tenancy agreement or ask the local team to confirm.

  • If you need to arrange your own service, you’re free to choose a provider (unless the building has a fixed supplier arrangement).

  • Contact your chosen provider as soon as possible after move-in, as installation can take time.

Helpful tip

Even if broadband is included, you may want to confirm the speed and coverage in your apartment. Some residents choose to add their own router or boosters for enhanced performance, especially if working from home.
