How do I set up smart access on my phone?

Getting access sorted should feel simple from the moment you move in. Setting up smart access on your phone only takes a couple of minutes and gives you a smooth way to get around the building.

Smart Access is not available at the following locations:

• Enclave: KX

• The Storehouse by Enclave: Student

How it works

• Visit the reception team and ask to switch from a key card to the smart access app.
• They’ll activate the app for you and walk you through how it works.

If your Enclave smart access stops working, don’t worry, contact the reception team as soon as possible — the issue can usually be fixed quickly.
