How do I settle any final charges?

Final charges at the end of your Enclave tenancy should be settled promptly via bank transfer.

Outstanding rent: Ensure your standing order has covered your last rent payment. If not, arrange a one-off transfer.
Other charges: Any costs for lost keys, cleaning, or damage will be confirmed by the resident team after the final inspection.
Payment method: Settlements are to be made via bank transfer using the same details provided in your tenancy agreement. If you are unsure of these details, your Resident Team will provide them for you.

Clearing all final charges will prevent any referrals to a debt collection agency.

Ask the resident team for a final statement of account — this will show whether anything is owed and provide payment instructions.
