How long will it take for my repair to be completed?

The time it takes to complete a repair at Enclave depends on how urgent the issue is and whether parts or specialist contractors are needed. We aim to resolve issues within 72 hours, however when specialist help is required, or parts need to be sourced, this may take longer. 

Typical timeframes

• Emergency repairs: Responded to within hours and made safe as quickly as possible. A full repair may follow if specialist work is required.

• Pressing repairs: Usually completed within a few days, depending on contractor availability.

• Standard repairs: Generally scheduled within a few weeks, though this may vary if parts need to be ordered.

Factors that affect timing

• Complexity: Some repairs can be done in one visit; others may need specialist parts or multiple visits.

• Access: Repairs may take longer if contractors can’t access your apartment on the first scheduled visit.

• External contractors: Specialist jobs (like lifts, heating systems, or structural works) may rely on outside companies, which can affect scheduling.
