How many sets of keys or fobs will I receive?

At Enclave, you’ll normally receive one full set of keys or a fob/access card per named tenant on the tenancy agreement.

What’s included in a set

• Apartment key/fob: For your private home.

• Building access: A fob or card to enter the building, communal areas, and amenities.

• Mailbox key: If your apartment has an individual mailbox.

Group tenancies

• In a joint tenancy, each resident usually receives their own set so everyone has independent access.

Helpful tip

Keep your key or fob safe at all times — replacements are available if lost, but they usually come with a fee.
