Yes — if you lose a key, fob, or access card at Enclave, you’ll usually need to pay a replacement fee.

• Payment: Fees are paid the same way you pay your rent.

Helpful tip

To avoid charges, keep your keys or fobs safe and return all sets at the end of your tenancy. If one is stolen, report it immediately so the team can cancel the access for that card.
