Is there an application deadline?
There isn’t a fixed, universal deadline for Enclave applications, but timing is important because homes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once you’ve paid a holding fee.
Key things to know
-
No strict cut-off: Applications are accepted as long as the property is still available. Once someone reserves a home with a holding fee, it is taken off the market and no longer open for new applications.
-
Time-sensitive process: After you’ve paid the holding fee, you’ll usually be expected to complete your application and provide documents quickly — typically within a few days. This ensures the referencing checks can be completed in good time before your intended move-in date.
-
Property demand: Because Enclave homes are in high demand, it’s best not to delay once you’ve found a home you want.
What to do if you’re not ready yet
If you’re not quite ready to apply, you can:
-
Register your interest with the team so they know what you’re looking for.
-
Keep an eye on live availability to monitor new listings.
-
Arrange a tour (in-person or virtual) in advance, so you’re ready to move quickly when the right home appears.
