What appliances are included and how do I use them?

Enclave apartments come fully fitted with modern appliances, so you can move in and start using them straight away. While the exact selection may vary by development and apartment type, most homes include the following:

Standard appliances

• Fridge-freezer: Integrated or freestanding, with adjustable temperature controls.

• Oven and hob: Electric ovens and either ceramic or induction hobs. Controls are located on the front panel; some models include child locks or timers.

• Microwave: In many apartments, built-in or countertop.

• Dishwasher: Standard-sized or slimline, depending on the layout.

• Washer-dryer: Combined washing and drying machine, usually located in a utility cupboard or kitchen area.

Using your appliances

• Oven and hob: Check for indicator lights to confirm when heating. For induction hobs, only induction-compatible pans will work.

• Dishwasher: Load dishes face down, add dishwasher salt/rinse aid if required, and select the programme based on load size.

• Washer-dryer: Separate wash and dry cycles can be selected, or you can use a combined programme. Always clean the lint filter after drying cycles.

• Fridge-freezer: Adjust the thermostat for your preference, but keep the fridge between 1–5°C for food safety.
