What are the concierge operating hours?

There is a 24 hour staff presence at all Enclave buildings.

Typical hours

• The Resident Team is available 8am - 8pm daily
• The Night Team are on site and available 8pm - 8am daily

Helpful tip

If the Night Team are not at reception when you visit, it may well be because they are on a tour of the building, checking that it's safe and secure. A sign will usually be present to let you know that they'll be back shortly.
