What are the quiet hours in the building?

Enclave buildings have designated quiet hours to help ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. While the exact times may vary slightly by development, they typically run during the late evening through early morning. Quiet hours for each building will be specified in your tenancy agreement.

Typical quiet hours

  • Usually between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

  • During these times, residents are expected to keep noise to a minimum in apartments and communal areas.

Why quiet hours matter

  • Comfort: Allows everyone to rest without disturbance.

  • Community: Promotes respect and consideration among neighbours.

  • Building rules: Helps maintain a calm living environment, which is part of your tenancy obligations.

Helpful tip

Even outside quiet hours, you should still keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in shared spaces like corridors, gyms, and lounges.
